Monday, December 19, 2011               Day 1: Set off from Singapore about 8-ish in the morning. ☼ Drop off the car for our breakfast and A&W for lunch! Yumzzz ♡ Finally reached kl at around 1 in the afternoon, checked in the hotel and went to SHIPS for steaks! Really good steaks @ affordable prices + escargot for my first time! Hehehe. Went Sungei Wang for shopping and dinner we had BKT and chix wings, satays, etc. Sooooo good! Loots for my first day in kl! ☺ Day 2:            Day 2: Started the day early for bfast at a hawker centre. The minced meet bee hoon is really tasty and you cannot find in Sgp! Went down to Pavilion for more shopping, had baskin robins ice cream! Heee! & you find the long lost Rotiboy too! Nom nom nom. Tried share tea for the first time even though they have outlets in Sgp too☺ they didnt mix the chocolate powder well oh wells! Trained down to Chinatown after that and got my passport holder & new iphone cover hehehe! Day 3:   Day 3: Up early again for bfast, this time, curry chix. So different and I love it! If there's bread, it would be perfect! Went back Sungei Wang again because we have yet to conquer the 6th floor and look at the good buys we got! Dress from Topshop for CNY too hahaha life's good. Dinner we had seafood- Chilli crabs, la la, steamed fish, chix wings, satays, the food won the previous days hands down, taste so good!!!!!! Love it so much, so tasty *drools* Hahaha. Day 4:  Day 4: Went back the place with minced meat noodles for bfast, and started our journey back to Sgp! Listed to music, talked, sing along, quite a heavy traffic back, heavy rain, back home safe and sound, thank God! A&W for lunch before coming back. I am truly blessed by this trip, God knows how my aunt and her family treats my family. ☺So blessed. Heard from my grandmother and updates from twitter how bad the weather was in Sgp the past few days, and the bad transportation system Sgp is facing as well - I can't help but to be thankful I was away from Sgp for the past 4 days. The weather there was perfect! It rains when we are in the shopping mall and when we are out of the mall, the rain stops / it seldom rains! So blessed! & who says holidays w family is boring? ♡♡♡ When I grow up, I want my husband and myself to be a blessing to my family, to bring my mummy overseas, to spend lots of money on her, get her what she wants, and my aunt and her family too. Thank You God for this trip. I guess it's Your way of saying You love me. 0 comment |
